Sulfate Resistance PC HSR 50

Description

Tan Thang Sulfate Resistance PC HSR 50 cement is produced in accordance with Vietnam standard TCVN 6067:2018, equivalent to Type V (American standard ASTM C150/C150M-16) and CEM I – SR 3, CEM I – SR 5 (European standard BS EN 197-1:2011).

Key features:

• Made from sulfate-resistant clinker with low Tricalcium aluminate (C₃A) content (<3%) and Tricalcium silicate (C₃S) content limited to 50 ± 8%, reducing Ca(OH)₂ in hydration products to prevent volume expansion and shrinkage.
• Outstanding sulfate resistance, unaffected by hydration products causing cracks or shrinkage in harsh weather conditions.
• Protects reinforced concrete structures from erosion and corrosion, prolonging the life of the project.

Applications:

• Concrete construction for saline prevention dams, aluminum soil and water dams, and dams with fluctuating water levels.
• Marine construction and underground structures exposed to sulfate environments.
• Industrial environments, especially for factories discharging acid, concrete floors, tanks, and wastewater pipes.
